  • Worst car buying experience I've ever had. I bought a used vehicle from them and it had 1 issue that I requested before the final sale be fixed and they approved it. I received a call from them saying they weren't going to fix it because it was too expensive. I told them I would be returning the vehicle. The next day they said they would split the cost of the repair with me and then they offered to install a new exhaust for me. It took them five days to do the repairs. When I picked it up the new exhaust had mud and surface rust on it. Obviously it was far from new. I was also told I would get a receipt of the service performed for my records. My salesmen also said it would be on carfax. I have called numerous times and no one will call back.
