  • One star for the car saleswomen because she tried unsuccessfully at a bait and switch. Last year I found a car I liked via their website and communicated with a salesperson via email. I made it clear I was only interested in that particular car due to the price and was assured it was available at this location so I scheduled a test drive for that day. When I got there she immediately tries to get me to test drive the newest model which of course was out of my price range, I was not interested in test driving a car I know I wasn't going to buy. When that didn't work she told me the car I wanted was actually not at that location. So of course I'm confused and upset because that was the only reason why I came. She continued to try an upsell me the new car and when I told her very strongly "no thank you" and that I was leaving and didn't appreciate her wasting my time, she asked me to stand by. Within minutes she magically came back with the keys to the car I was there to test drive. I gave her a "are you freaking kidding me" look because it was obvious she got caught in a BOLD FACE LIE! It was really hard for me to even trust this women and even continue with the sale but I did because I really needed a car and spent a lot of time researching that one online. She avoided eye contact with me and had no explanation for her blatant lie. All in all I'm happy with my car but that experience left a bad taste in my mouth. 5 star for the service department. My engine light has come on twice since I had the car and each time the problem was covered by warranty, I also got a free oil change and tire rotation. The employees in the service department are very friendly and shuttle service was much appreciate.
