We are at the airport now (YYZ) and have just had our flight delayed by 4 hours. We are now going to miss our whole first day of our vacation. The Rep at the gate told us they don't have the plane back from Cancun yet, but had no idea why. When I called sunwing, they told me to ask the Rep. When I told them she didn't know what had caused the delay, I was told that she probably won't know until the pilot lands. Like there is no communication between ground and the plan until the pilot lands. Zero responsibility taken. This is the last time I will use sunwing.
