The top school in Las Vegas. I learned Blackjack in about three weeks attending part time as my schedule permitted. They sent me out on an audition and I got my first job at a small local casino. Two months later I got hired by The Flamingo and O'Sheas.
The school has the right environment for learning to deal casino games. You get a combination of teaching, practicing and playing the game. The school is arranged like a real casino with actual casino tables and equipment.
I would recommend learning two of the following games: Blackjack, Roulette or Craps unless you want to become a Poker dealer. If you get hired as a Poker dealer you'll never be asked to deal any other games. Keep in mind that Poker dealers keep their own tips, and the other casino dealers share tips. I'm not saying one is better than the other, though.
The school has moved to a new location at the corner of Sahara and Rainbow. This is in the Harley Davidson shopping center. It's well-lit and has plenty of parking.
