  • Bought a car in 10/17. We have now found a pet tie down strap in the car from Petsmart attached to a seat belt. There was also a small roach of a rollie cigarette under the floor mat for the back seat driver's side. Terrible job of their "inspection". I was also told I was getting the engine shut down fee taken off my contract. It was not, but I suppose that's on me for not fully reading everything until after. I feel completely lied to and taken. Will not refer anyone here.
