  • we are marriott members and love all their places. but the one close to calgary airport was worse stay. we entered and exited out of caligary for our alberta vaca. shuttle service they provide runs min 1 hour late and the driver or front desk have no apologies.. but rude responses back. the pool was beautiful but each tjme my kids tried to use it.. overgrown, rude, rowdy adults were beating each other up with noodles or diving & jumping like drunk fools.. no regard for children the pool! this hotel is for adults only, not kids. very disappointed in Marriott this time.
