  • I moved into a new home and decided to switch internet providers. I moved in last Friday and have been without wifi. I had an appointment with century link today and was so excited to finally have an internet connection. I took the day off because their time span is from 7 am to 5 pm. 2pm rolls around and still no sign of century link. We look online and it says they'll be here after 4. 4pm rolls around then 5. My roommate who has the account calls them and after being transferred 3 times is connected to someone she can't even hear because their music is so loud in the background. She puts her on hold (again) and eventually hangs up on her. My roommate calls back and there is no one there to answer. So even though we had a standing appointment, century link no-called no-showed. I could understand if something happened and they weren't able to make it to call and reschedule or to notify us, but making me wait all day, not show up, and not give me any answers is the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. I'm not sure how they still maintain a business and I wonder if I'll ever get my internet set up. If I can ever get a hold of anyone I plan on cancelling my plan all together and using a different provider.
