I specifically called ahead to confirm we could get a roll away bed. I confirmed that it would cost $10 a night and tried to reserve ahead of time. I wast told it would not be problem and could obtain upon check in. At check in I was told it was a fire hazard even though I provided my check in reservation when I called. I even got a supervisor who pretty much told me to too bad. This is terrible customer service and very wrong which ruined our plans.
