  • We've recently been to this clinic numerous times with our new kitten. The staff is nice and 2 out of the three vets are good, but it's the third vet that will prevent us from ever returning. We've seen Dr. Hope twice, firstly, she never introduced herself when she walking in the room, she has no compassion, is very rough around the edges, wreaks of cigarette smoke and is less than informative. We took our kitten in for spraying issues and when questioned if this spraying could be a one time issue, her reply was "I don't know". Could it be our dog isn't fixed? Her reply 'maybe'. Seriously! After taking a urnine sample and $220 later, I left FUMING, vowing never to return. If this vet clinc wants to maintain a 5* rating they need to start by axing this vet.
