  • I went into ulta beauty today and spent a fair amount of time in there looking for hell until finally I had to ask a girl who walked right past me almost avoiding me. Then, after her hardly helping me I decided on a product I normally buy but I was hoping for a better reccomemdation and I didn't get that. So I go to pay already frustrated, and I write a check to be processed for my form of payment and very loudly and not caring at all the cashier tells me it's been declined as if that isn't embarrassing even though I have the funds, she was extremely rude and insensitive and just told me "sorry it was declined." Like as if it was my fault and until I said is there anything that can be done only then did she make a pathetic effort to help. She called her manager to the front, her name is "jaunita" she was just as terrible. Ran my check a few times, and also spoke loudly about my check being declined. It was like they didn't care at all, like my check was declined and on to the next. I feel very frustrated and feel like I wasted my time I am an avid ulta go-er and I dot want anything to do with it at this point.
