  • To avoid a billing issue I called my insurance company and asked who they wanted me to order medical supplies from. They Recommended THC of NV and I have never had an issue with a delivery, billing or even customer service. Lety has always been so nice, everyone is so quick at their job in the durable medical equipment department. I would give 5 star review but I'm only giving 4 because I need to call every month to reorder my monthly supplies. Don't let a review about an upset consumer's mistake purely on a billing issue sway you. Take the honest review from the (correctly) billed customer.
