Providing a follow up to the below post...I have returned the item reasoning that it was not what I ordered, its missing the remote, and one of the factory seal stickers on the side was broken. I did disclose that I rode the product on carpet for 10 minutes, but explained that it is in perfect shape and back in the original packaging. Their response is even though they have the product back (and I had to pay for the shipping because they never sent me an RA), I have to go back online and update my return request changing my reason from "Other" to "Changed Mind" and that they would review the return for approval and if a refund was due, there would be a 20% restocking fee ($160!!!). I assume they have at most $300 invested in this product and they will re-sell it for a tidy profit...not sure why they are being such Richard Heads about it...but there it is. By the way, after the last post, the owner of the company (Dan) sent me a long what I thought was defensive and abrasive e-mail lecturing me on how wrong my post was. Its clear to me this whole thing has become personal for him...I just want my money back. I'll keep updating as this saga continues...including, if it happens, Dan stepping up and doing the right thing.
