  • This location is ok compared to others. it does have enough equipment to work out comfortably, however its in a basement and some people may not like that. one of the downsides was their staff. I am sure there are great people working here, however I did not meet one. The staff at this location are extremely rube. When asked about payment issues or just general questions I was always given a cold shoulder. I went to go use the shower and found someone had gone to the 'washroom' there. When I requested a staff go see if it could be removed, they informed me it was not their scheduled cleaning time. WOW! does that mean until it was everyone was suppose to take a shower with stool!
