  • Driver was argumentative and didn't use navigation so we got stuck in traffic. Some people might have been late. 17 was 10 minutes faster but he we around on 51. Also he stacked my luggage to the ceiling and then said " let's see how long that stays up there" and of course the 1st corner we went around it fell all the way to the floor.
