  • I recently moved to the area and needed a few things for my new house. I've always loved shopping at Ace Hardware because of the service so I was happy to find this one so close to home. I was disappointed in what I found. Kurt was rude and unhelpful. He just pointed in a direction and sounded grumpy. It was hard to find another employee on the sales floor. I found a lady ( didn't see name, Ohio shirt) who was putting price tags on the shelf. She stopped what she was doing to help me find all the items on my list. The register line was long, but Andrew was very nice and upbeat. I'll be back in and hopefully they will get more help on the sales floor.
