  • So, Monica M of ford country replies to all of these god awful reviews left by the people this dealership has screwed over by their negligent service department. Hell shes brave enough to leave her phone number too!!! The thing is she never returns phone calls!! Lady, your service department owes me a new front end shroud because your idiot service dept taped my last one on because theyre obviously too lazy to use the bolts that came with it. Now, I can either have a reputable ford dealership do it and send you the bill or you can finally atone for the ignorance of your service department and commit to replacing it (with me watching because lord knows there is ZERO trust on my end for your service department). Do your job (for once), stop with your "fake caring" act and take responsibility for the lack of professionalism, lack of courtesy, the laziness of your service department and right the wrong they committed.
