I've been to ZenQ numerous times, I've never had any issues, until tonight. Staff did not understand what I was ordering, and was plain confused the whole time. Another complaint is their loyalty system. I've had their stamp cards since day one, I tried to ask for a stamp and the staff member pointed me to a QR code to download an app. I don't use a QR scanner so the staff member advised me to search "diandiangoal" upon downloading the app - nothing was in English so therefore I couldn't sign up. That's honestly too much work and I don't think I'll be returning anytime soon.
Update: their response? "The app is for our customers to accumulate and redeem points, since you don't use that one, it's ok, you can just enter our weekly Instagram contest instead, it's easy to win!"
Wow. Definitely not coming back.
