  • Please note, that this review is for the SALES department, not SERVICE. I purchased a car from this dealership in 2012 and actually had to hire an attorney to finish the process. It was unbelievable. Shady does not even begin to describe what went on. The car is actually great and is giving me no problems. I go there for service and have had a good experience with that. To add insult to injury, I recently went in to ask a question about my car. While I was there, they talked me into trying to buy a new car from them. I explained the problems I had in the past and they claimed that they were under new management and everything would be different. I was assured that I would be well taken care of this time. I reluctantly agreed. Really not sure why. But because I had my eyes wide open this time, I stopped the process as soon as I started seeing the same nonsense happening again. Plain and simple, they just lie and smile at you while doing so. I know that's common in the car industry. This is a new level of dishonesty. I would highly suggest not stepping foot into this dealership. It really bothers me that Yelp does not allow you to leave zero stars, because that is exactly what they deserve.
