  • Stopped in today to get a quote on a custom linen cabinet, talked to one employee in the custom cabinetry and he couldn't help us because he wasn't on shift yet the other employee had "entered 5 into their system" and couldn't help us so they called a Linda to help us, after waiting for over 15 minutes for Linda we decided to leave since it was the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced in a big box store! Neither of the employee's we spoke with seemed to care that we decided to leave. I will not spend another cent in this store due to this experience. I would give them zero stars if possible!!!!
