  • This one is to be avoided at all cost! Waited for someone to pick me up for 25 minutes after scheduled appointment. The driver wasn't friendly and refused to follow a suggested alternate route to avoid congested intersection. When arriving there, I was assigned to a jeep that I did not ask for when making the reservation. Asked for alternate car and this request was begrudgingly met. A few days later, I returned the car, they inspected the car thoroughly and it was discovered that I brought my assistive dog in the car. Explained to them I was allowed by law to bring it with me. They charged 60 dollars for it and I informed them I vacuumed the car before returning the car. It was quite clear that they did not like dogs and viewed me as a suspicious deaf driver. Never return that location again.
