As bad as you thought COX was bad before you walked in you'd better be prepared for it to get worse.
First off, the customer is always wrong to this company both in customer service and tech support. When in doubt just blame the customer and find a way to charge them more. Awful. Hands down winner of the award for the worst customer relations ever.
I went in there and discussed an extremely frustrating scenario with Brian. He made it far worse. I wound up dropping all TV services as a result. There comes a point where you simply have to cut them off for your own sanity and self respect.
Thanks guys, I'll keep the internet until someone else comes along. That ought to relieve me of the burden of having to deal with your serial incorrect bills for a while.
