This place talks to you as if you're an imbecile.
Their way of diagnosing is changing all the parts, that you now have to pay for until they find the problem. And When I asked Curtis about this, all he could tell me, "well when I was testing it out your battery and alternator is fried so it has to be replaced", and came to find out that's not even the problem to begin with. It was the air flow sensor. So I'm stuck with the bill for parts and labor I didn't need at all, because they don't know how to diagnose a car properly.
My advice, take your car to the dealership, you will be less likely to get RIPPED OFF!!
