Smell that? It's that delicious Grilled Pizza my group and I made on Wednesday Cooking Class.
Moving to a brand new city, to people I don't know at all is hard (no surprise here!) So, I booked and participated in my first Chef Alyssa cooking class at Atherton Mill. I met some new nice friends, I made pizza dough and ricotta cheese (from scratch), and had a great time.
Notes:
- Chef Alyssa was very thorough and personable. (Shoutout to her crew.)
- Roll up your sleeves and learn few fancy knife techniques.
- Bring a bottle of wine. Or two but who's counting?
- Good for a date night, fun night, or just because night.
- The class runs about 2 hours; wear comfortable and closed-toe shoes.
