  • The customer service is awful. They are rude and not helpful even though we have been a customer for years. Keep raising rates and the internet they provide doesn't even work that well. The modem is in the family room and if you are in the master bedroom you get no service. For $110 a month you think they could do a better job. I am leaving for another company.
