I have commuted 30-45 minutes to this salon many times over the course of the past few months and I have never had a problem with any of the staff or service until recently. They are always friendly and always greet me happily, some even remembering me from previous visits. I would give them a five star review hands down if I hadn't been turned away twice within a couple of days with an excuse of them being booked when they had two employees just sitting around laughing and talking and the other on her phone. I was loyal to them getting gel acrylics and fills every two weeks until now. You cannot put "Walk Ins Welcome" on your door and not accept walk ins. I will find another salon closer to home and easier to get into. However, I am an honest reviewer and the work they do is beautiful. I hope their customer service steps it's game up or the talent in here will be lost.
