| - First time in this store and I liked it from the very beginning. As several other reviewers mentioned, the store is laid out by color, which I thought was a nice idea. The store carries mostly accessories - jewelry, purses, watches- and some clothing - dresses, shirts. I found several things I liked but ended up only purchasing a new top for work and a few beaded bracelets for a total of $25. I also received a $10 gift card good for the end of July to sometime in August. Not to mention, a woman gave me hers on her way out, so now I have two!
Pros: Store is clean and well organized. I loved the layout. Like the purse but not in blue? I'm sure you can skip on over to the "yellow" or "black" section and find the same purse. Plus, with the way it's set up, it would be easy to find a gift for someone....say, a purse and matching wallet? Why not throw in a beaded watch? Also, the prices are reasonable. I was actually expecting most things to be more than they were.
Cons: I didn't get the warm and fuzzies from the employees. Two women were on the sales floor sorting and what not and neither asked if I needed help. Then, when I went to try on some clothes, I asked the saleswoman if I could use the dressing room and she responded, "Sure, unless you'd prefer just trying them on in the middle of the store!" I knew she meant it to be funny, but it was really just lame. At checkout, that same woman was telling a story to the cashier who was ringing my stuff up...the girl was trying desperately to simultaneously assist me and listen to the woman, who I'm just guessing was her superior. So, that was kind of rude.
Regardless, I'm sure I'd stop in here again, but not for the customer service.
