If I could write the review with a star I would. I made my reservation and paid my money but they failed to send a confirmation email. Once they arrived 15 minutes late she asked for my paperwork and I mentioned I didn't have it. The driver asked me to pay again and I refused. I called the company and they were able to provide me my confirmation but because I called from my phone she didn't believe me. She then calls from her phone and states that you just can't trust people these days. I have no reason to lie about $9.00. I even offered to show my bank account info for proof of purchase.
This all could have been avoided if the company would have done their part. Let's hope I don't miss my flight because of their 25 minute delay.
