  • Fabulous quality on point. Unique and classical American flavors. Short ribs was juicy and full of flavor. Pigs ears tasted like crispy bacon. Clams and charred bread in a most pungent salty foei gras sauce was over the top. Saw table of guys chowing down on a whole pigs head! Wanted that badly but could convince my coworkers to adventure out of their norm. Fabulous service by Elena and food to boot. Come early as it gets mobbed by 7
