  • This company is the worst. They should be put out of business for fraud. You will never see a dollar of your security deposit back. I moved out and took photos and video of each and every inch of the place. Glad I did because they actually sent me a bill instead of my $995 back. I was floored. They charged me $900 for repainting, when on walk through it was noted how many spots had touch up paint already applied. In the end it will work out though. The state of Nevada allows me to sue for up to twice the deposit, so I guess it will all work out in the end. stay away from this scumbag company. There is not one redeeming quality about them.
