  • I LOVE Kendra Scott jewelry and own dozens of her pieces. I usually purchase my KS items from Nordstrom because you cannot beat their costumer service! However, it is my birthday month and I wanted to take advantage of the 50% discount at the Kendra Scott location. Three women we're working and not a single one offered me any help or even acknowledged my presence! It was like I was invisible even though they were catering to another woman's every need. It seemed as though they didn't think I was worth their time, possibly because I didn't appear to be wealthy. I felt very judged on my appearance as I was wearing casual, but nice, clothing and the other woman was clothed in designer. I found this ironic as I was willing to spend a pretty penny at this location. I left feeling disappointed in one of my favorite brands. I don't see myself ever returning.
