  • I am shocked at the number of negative reviews. I don't doubt they are legit but my experience was not just good, it was great. Granted I traveled from PHX to TUC in the wee hours of a Sunday morning. The van was on time, just about empty, brand new inside and the driver (sorry I forget his name) was unbelievably pleasant and helpful. I even left my expensive water bottle behind and instead of throwing it away or stealing it, they kept it in lost and found for well over two weeks until I could come back and get it. I read the reviews and wonder if it's the same company as the one I took, but I guess time will tell. I am scheduled to take the shuttle again from PHX Sky Harbor on 9/27/17 and will update my review then, but my experience with AZ Shuttle was fantastic.
