A friend recommended Massage Heights to me and after a somewhat rough work week, I decided to indulge a bit.
I walked in on a Friday evening to book the next appointment available and they were able to fit me in within an hour. If you don't know yet, they are in business to offer a subscription type of massage service so they will try to sell you-- be prepared. If you aren't interested, it's an easy "no".
After filing out some paper work covering the areas that I wanted the therapist to focus on and then choosing my aromatherapy scent, I was led back to a room to disrobe and then sprawl out across the table. They instruct you to take off as much clothing as you feel comfortable. I loved how the therapist made an effort to keep the areas he wasn't working on covered with the sheet. So, with that said, just take it all off. Lol The pressure was perfect and I liked how they communicated which areas of my body felt tense and needed attention and a bit more pressure. I also opted for the add on foot massage and must say that it was amazing. He put his back into kneading my foot area and it was good. The entire massage was good...it even made me drool a bit. Now, that's sayin something.
Not yet sure how I feel about committing to a subscription at this time especially given the competition but we'll see.
SN: If you go, try their introductory offer $49 for an hour massage.
