  • Heard mixed reviews about this place so I called for some electrical work to be done. They gave me a window of 12 - 4 and called at 10:30 to say that the tech was on his way..I was an hour away and told them that I couldn't be there till 12:00..no problem right? wrong..as I'm rushing back to the house to meet them, I get a call from the office girl. She informs me that she spoke with her manager and I will have to pay $140.00 for them to come and do an inspection of what needs to be fixed!! I told her that I already had an inspection done on the house and that I know what I want to have fixed..she said that they would not go off my inspection and that they will do their own assessment of what needs to be done!!!! Since when does it cost $140.00 bucks to have a service provider come to give a quote on work that you want done!!!! Am I supposed to just give them a blank check???? What a joke, if this is the way they do business then I wish them luck...As a valley resident and na tive for over 55 years, there are many other more reputable choices out there...And I am a licensed realtor and will never recommend them to anyone........
