  • Simple concept, make an appointment ahead of time so you don't have to wait. This is something this discount tire location can't seem to manage. Three times now I have waited over an hour and when I complain they apologize and say it was checked in wrong and didn't show I had an appointment. How hard is it to check someone in and match their name with the name of the person who has the appointment?! Every other business in America can handle it, but this location of Discount Tire seems to struggle. Not coming back even though its walking distance from my house.
