  • I thought the store had a lot of different little things but I must say that the employees were friendly and helpful. I thought Erica really went out of her way to make my trip a memorable one after my purchase was stolen while I was inside the NYNY casino. I had just came by to ask if any tried to return anything recently and she offered to replace the items I had bought. I truly wasn't expecting it or wanting a handout but the fact that Erica offered made me tear up. I was so stressed out already but she made me feel like there are still good people out there. I work in customer service and try to help people all the time but what she did was truly unexpected. Thank you Erica and Hershey World for going above and beyond and exceeding my expectations. I will be back.
