  • I had heard good things as a place for a staycation. So for our twins 13th birthday we decided to try out the resort. Deluxe room is small, you step over toilet to get to Shower. Service at poolside bad. For the birthday we tried to call room service. After 20 mins on hold we gave up. Housekeeping came at 2:30pm, we were taking a break from the water park...she tossed out $25 worth of leftovers..... For the price we are paying, Mexico will be next trip.
