I had an awful experience here. On both dropoff and pickup I was made to wait without being acknowledged while the shop owner talked to a colleague. When he finally did help me, he argued with me about the length of her hair because I didn't know an exact measurement of how long it should be. I said, "summer length, whatever you think," and he demanded that I give him an exact measurement to the inch of how long I wanted it. When I picked her up, it was barely cut at all and we had to get her groomed elsewhere just a few weeks later because she couldn't see.
However, the worst part is that I was quoted around $60 for my labradoodle, and on pickup I was charged $90!!! They said she had matted fur around her ears that took them 45 minutes to cut, but she had just been groomed two months prior so that is questionable. We have had our labradoodle for years and have never been charged extra for matted fur--this is just part of what happens to a doodle between grooms other groomers include this in their base fee for this breed.
My dog seemed very skittish on pickup and she was uncomfortable in her rear end for days afterwards, not sure what happened there but this has not been an issue with other groomers either.
