rev:text	I got a massage and a pedicure here and they weren't that great- definitely not worth the price. The massage table and room were comfortable, but I told the masseuse that my shoulders and back really needed attention and she barely touched them. Then they had overbooked pedicures that day so they said they did not have time to do the foot mask and paraffin dip (which was the main reason I wanted to get the pedicure). The pedicure was rushed and was sloppily done-- there were still visible calluses and dry skin on the backs of my heels, and my toenails looked like an amateur had done the cut and polish-- the nails were uneven, the polish was unevenly applied, some spots were missed, some spots were smudged, and when I got home I had to take polish remover to get all the polish off that she got on the skin around my toes. It was $125 before tip, and I'm sad to say the services were not worth it. It is a beautiful building with a pretty waiting area, and I really wanted it to be good- but after my experiences, and luke-warm reviews from friends about services they have had there- I won't be returning. RESPONSE to owner comments: I was 2 minutes late for the pedicure and kept waiting in the waiting room for over 10 minutes-- I was also told that things were overbooked, so it is dishonest to say that the reason part of my pedicure was canceled was because of my 2 minutes rather than that they were overbooked. I also find it disturbing that they send messages to their customers asking them to change their reviews to their liking.
