rev:text	Started off rusty ended FANTASTIC! I live in CA this summer and test drove an HST at the Carlsbad dealership and fell in love. I returned to AZ in mid-September and decided to try a few different models before finalizing the HST purchase with the Carlsbad dealership. I flew into town for less than 24 hours to visit with Josh Byrd at Scottsdale Landrover and test drive a V8 HSE. Somehow wires got crossed and Josh didn't make it to our appointment and I ended up with some guy named Jeff. I was obviously irritated that Josh didn't make it to my short window of time appointment, but Jeff was fantastic and Josh circled back immediately. So despite the initial oversight - we were back on track. JOSH exceeded my expectations and made the "deal" seamless and painful as we negotiated and finalized everything remotely as I was out of town for the next 2 weeks. We handled everything electronically and via email (perfect for a professional on the go!) Scottsdale did not have the HST that I wanted (Black/Black) so Josh found one from another dealership - made a trade and had it shipped in. I was never bothered by any of the "behind the scenes" maneuvering - only the recipient of the awesome final product of all their hard work. Josh was responsive to all my emails, inquiries and millions of questions. The day I flew into Scottsdale from out of town - Josh sent a town car service to deliver me to the dealership where my new HST was ready and awaiting the final processes. The paperwork signing was quick and efficient (forget his name- but Finance Guy was super outstanding, professional etc.) and then the Concierge (also can't recall his name - but extremely knowledgeable and good with people) who educated me on the vehicle was equally outstanding! All in all this was a fabulous experience, (which could have been made more complicated by my busy travel schedule - but due to their hard work was a non-issue) , and the guys at Scottsdale Landrover exceeded expectations, communicated effectively, and in the end it was a fabulous transaction for everyone involved. I would absolutely recommend without reservation Josh and the Scottsdale Landrover Dealership. Hands down professionals!
