  • I really want to give a great review of this place because I can see there aren't enough. I explored many apartment communities before taking one look at la Privada and knowing it was exactly what I wanted. My apartment is gorgeous! I have a very large two bedroom with a fenced in courtyard in front and a back patio. It feels like a home and not an apartment. You know what those feel like. They feel cold and empty and temporary. This apartment feels welcoming and warm and like I could stay past my lease. The community itself is amazing. As a mom, having Scottsdale Ranch Park across the street is a life saver! And the pool is great, it's very resort like. The clubhouse is really swank and always has coffee and lemonade for everyone. The fitness center is one of the best I have seen at an apartment. They even have a small yoga/ cycling studio in it. The leasing team was amazing for getting me approved and moved in quickly. Alexis is the sweetest and really all the women I have met there have been nothing but kind and accommodating. Anytime I have had any kind of hiccup they are quick to find a solution. The maintenance is legitimately brilliant at their job. This is something that has driven me crazy at other places! They will have handyman who don't know enough about anything to really resolve issues and usually make things worse. When I moved in, my a/c wasn't working. The maintenance team were able to find a leak in my a/c, fill it up so that it would remain cool till they could completely replace it. I mean...that's amazing! I have a brand new a/c now! I'm seriously so impressed by this whole place. I'm so happy I found our home here at La Privada!
