The food here is absolutely fantastic - it took a little long to make and the service could have used a lot of work, but the Dark Ale Short Ribs ($19 - Dark braise with Pear, Honey and Thyme. With Blue Cheese Mashed, Spiced Walnut and Heirloom Carrot) was to die for. Perfectly cooked, lots of sauce, and the blue cheese mashed potatoes were subtle. I would definitely go back again when I'm not ravenous and have time to wait for this epic meal to be constructed.
