I had a chance to use this store for repair of my surface pro3. The store was friendly, courtesy, and very helpful. The Assistant Manager Rory went beyond and deliver A+ customer service for me. I was dealing with the online MS support which was a nightmare and does not have a clue about customer service, but this store step up and step in to put customer first which was refreshing.
