  • I came in to get my battery checked. I waited in line a good ten minutes before it was my turn. It was a busy Wednesday afternoon. I did not mind the wait; However, when it was my turn i approached the gentlemen at the register and i told him i needed my battery checked he than asked me if i could wait to the side while he helped more customers? I was moved to the side and stood there very confused. After he helped out two more customers he ended up going outside to assist one of them with their vehicle. Meanwhile another employee saw me standing there and he offered to assist me instead. I understand they were busy but the point of a line is to help customers in order as they come in. You don't get to pick and choose who you'd like to assist. On top of this the gentleman that ended up assisting me was not helpful at all. My issue was not resolved when i left auto zone.
