  • These people told me they would put a book on hold for me and when I got there they wanted me to go look for it myself. What is the point of calling ahead to check if a book is in stock, request that it be put on hold for pickup, and then when I get there, tell me I have to go look for it myself? They are dishonest, lazy, and poor customer service.
