  • I am absolutely in love with this place! I've been going at least once a week since moving downtown. The desoto burger is to die for, I tell anyone who will listen about it. All the bartenders (but especially Brian) are not only friendly but make the best cocktails I've had in a long time, and the cocktail of the day is always delicious and only $5 during happy hour. I have yet to try any of the other food from the "booths" behind the bar but I've heard good things. The coffee shop has some good sodas in fun flavors, the pomegranate soda is good with rum (I bought it and mixed it myself at home). There's also tons of seating around the bar and upstairs for hanging out, surfing the Web, playing cards and eating alone or with a group of friends. I highly recommend this place for anyone who likes fancy burgers that are always cooked perfectly, good drinks and chill places to hang out. As far as I'm concerned, Desoto is the crown jewel of Roosevelt Row.
