rev:text	Used to love Dr. Allen and his staff. Practice went down the drain.....front office staff is SO rude and unfriendly and you never get to see Dr. Allen anymore anyway, always a P.A. Been a patient of his for 8 years....switching practices as this place has fallen apart and get treated like a piece of cattle instead of a patient. No loyalty there....you would think after 8 years they would know who you are or act like they gave a crap about you as a patient. I might as well be a stranger off the street in for the first time the way they act. Really too bad. What is it in this town? Why are all front office medical staff so rude and unfriendly? They are the first thing you deal with so they should concentrate on providing a positive first impression.
