  • Sheisters! Rent from this company at your own risk. They are our building manager and hired a security company that employs a security guard from Metro Cleveland Security that has a reputation for filing false police reports on tenants he doesn't like. They have little concern for our security in general and didn't want to install more security cameras because it would cost them money. Doug Price, the D in K&D, has a lease on the Superior Viaduct in which he promised a park. He installed a parking lot instead. K&D are not to be trusted! Buyer beware!
