The technician that came out was very courteous and considerate, even to the point of putting protectors on his shoes when he walked in and on his hands when removing the attic ceiling cover so that he wouldn't put fingerprints on it. I got their promotional offer for $30 to do an inspection of the cooling and heating. He explained everything very well and pointed out what needed to be replaced. However, the cost I was quoted to do these repairs was very high at $800, a job that he said would take about an hour to complete. I looked up the price of the parts and found they are between $60 - $150 total (depending on whether I went with a generic brand or OEM). I liked the guy and was prepared to have him do the repairs, but I decided to buy the parts myself and go with another company that charged a much lower rate.
