  • I'll start it off like this. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I dropped three of my girlfriends $250 Michael Kors dresses off to get cleaned. After getting them back and going home I noticed the chains on two of them were completely broken and look like they got caught in a machine. (See attached photos) I called him back and he seemed very willing to make things right. We took them back to him and after he realized what had happened and what it would cost he started to backpedal out of the situation, blame Michael Kors for "bad quality" and tried to use his "terms and conditions" to cover up their obvious mistake. He told us to call Michael Kors and have them replace the dresses even though it was his fault. He told us he would call the Concord Mills Michael Kors store and speak with the manager about it. An hour later after not getting a call back I called the cleaners and was lied to about how he "was waiting for a call back". At the same time my girlfriend was talking to the manager at Michael Kors about how he hasn't even called them. I decided it was best to just get my $32 back for the cleaning and buy her new dresses because he obviously wasn't going to help. After yelling at me, talking trash on the quality of $250 dresses, and telling me I had no clue what I was talking about I finally got $20 of the $32 back and decided to leave. I will never recommend this place to anyone unless you want destroyed stuff and someone who won't take responsibility for their actions. We will never ever come back here again.
