I've heard a few horror stories from friends in the past regarding Enterprise and how they have had a reputation of overcharging, but optimistic me went ahead and tried them anyway since my employer offered a great discount. I proceeded to rent a car some time in June and everything went well until a month or two later come to find another charge from them. I can't tell you how many times I've tried calling to fix the problem and I can't tell you how many times I was transferred and referred an email to contact. With the emails I've tried; no response.
The first time I got in contact with someone through the phone, the gentleman told me that they weren't sure how many days I had the car for and so, due to their fiscal year ending, they went ahead and charged an extra day. But because I confirmed with him, he said it would take about ten business days for my refund to go back into my account. Well, it's been well over ten business days and through all this effort of me trying so hard to get about $40 something dollars back, I can honestly say I've given up. I guess my children will have to starve for the next few days... no, I'm actually kidding LOL.. I don't have kids but I do however, STAY FOREVER STARVING, do you feel my frustration here?
